Hi Graeme, I have replied to Paula’s email, I’m sorry the new recipe isn’t to your taste, but the over whelming feedback on that cheesecake was it wasn’t choclately enough. There is a whole chocolate orange melted into the cream cheese to make the topping, so this is a more authentic chocolate orange cheesecake recipe and has been very popular in store. Unfortunately the lady that makes the original recipe no longer bakes, and we don’t have her recipe. I’ve changed your order to the clotted cream fudge one or I’m happy to refund if you prefer.
